How do we practically grow daily in our faith?
Reading Scripture
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.
2 Timothy 3:16

Trusting in God’s Word
Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.
Psalms 119:105
Prayer
Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
James 5:16
How to Pray:
Prayer is a powerful way to connect with God and He with us. Prayer can be audible or silent, private or public, formal or informal. It is important that we make praying an integral part of our life. While there are endless ways to connect with God throughout our day, here is an example many have used. During our prayer time with Him it is helpful to remember the acronym ACTS.
A – Adoration (Love or Worship), praising God for who He is.
C – Confession, telling Him everything we’ve done wrong & asking for His forgiveness.
T – Thanksgiving, thanking Him for prayers answered, helping us in our daily lives etc.
S – Supplication (Request), asking God for daily needs.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
